Why Follow This Blog?


As a long time student, I have always found myself struggling to cope with stress. I was in constant search of the perfect stress management tool; the miracle fix to distress. With the abundance of stress management info that exists, I found myself becoming more stressed out by trying to find the right solution.
I created this blog as a means to share what I have found and gain knowledge from you, my followers so that together, we may calm our chaos.

Why follow this blog?
You may ask yourself "why should I follow this blog?'" While I am aware that there are thousands of people blogging about stress management, mine is different. I am writing to SHARE my beliefs and thoughts about stress management; mainly, the techniques that have worked best for me. This is an ongoing process, and I welcome any feedback on these ideas as it can only serve to improve mine and others' overall well being by learning new methods to cope with stress.
